For a wrong profile, privacy concern, correction or challenge, use vouchforme@proton.me. Include the relevant profile or transaction reference when available and tell us whether it is safe to reply. You do not need an account to make a privacy inquiry.
Do not send passwords, card details or intimate material by email. Supporting materials remain private and require the appropriate protected review route.
Account and subscriptions
Sign in or request a password reset. Request account deletion or deactivation. Account closure does not automatically cancel a subscription. Contact support separately about cancellation; purchases are currently unavailable on this website.
Urgent concerns
Use the subject “Urgent privacy or safety concern” for a time-sensitive platform concern. VOUCH is not an emergency service. If you face immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
