Supporting materials are private by default and are not included automatically in a purchased search.
Identify the account
Provide a relevant message screenshot showing a visible phone number, or an account conversation showing its account identifier. A saved contact name alone is insufficient. An identifier alone does not prove who controlled the account or that a statement is true.
Preserve context and authenticity
Include relevant dates and enough surrounding conversation to understand the experience. Keep the original available for protected review and disclose crops or annotations. Do not fabricate messages, change their meaning, impersonate someone or submit another person’s experience as your own.

Protect private information
Redact unnecessary third-party details from any material approved for display. Raw evidence, private contact information, payment details and intimate material must not be published. Public displays require review.
