Privacy notice
Current product draft, version 1.0. Canadian legal review and final launch policies are pending.
VOUCH processes personal information to operate a verified dating-reputation platform. Depending on the feature used, this may include account and contact information, identity-verification status, profile information, relationship and date verification information, structured review answers, scores and score history, replies, disputes, evidence, transaction and access records, notifications, referral attribution, security information and audit records. VOUCH uses this information for identified purposes including account operation, identity and relationship verification, reputation features, fraud and abuse prevention, payments, controlled sharing, disputes, moderation, security, legal compliance and maintaining an auditable record of important platform actions. Sensitive information receives access controls appropriate to its use. Raw Evidence Vault material is not automatically included in a Dating Check or Private Dating Report. VOUCH limits collection, use, disclosure and retention to legitimate platform purposes and applicable legal requirements. Some service providers may process information for VOUCH under appropriate contractual and security controls. Members may have rights to request access to personal information, challenge its accuracy or completeness, raise privacy concerns and, where applicable, withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. VOUCH may need to retain certain records for fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, security, auditability or available recourse. Material changes to privacy practices may require a new notice or consent. VOUCH will maintain a designated privacy contact and accessible procedures for privacy inquiries and complaints before public launch.
